From what I have read the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement is not a public process and there is no accountability or transparency. Given the open nature of the internet that is hard to believe. Secrecy hides evil. Don’t be evil. Be open and allow everyone to inspect what the story is.
