To Whom It May Concern: As an owner of several .com domains, I am greatly upset by the proposed changes ICANN wants to make to the fee structure. If .com domain prices can grow by more than 70% over the next decade, I may not be able to afford to run my businesses and will need to let my current domain addresses expire, in favor of other options. This would ultimately result in less revenue for Verisign. I oppose this amendment and urge you to reconsider. This amendment will prohibit some business owners from having a web presence.
