Hello, I am very concerned about the ICANN decision to sell off yet another top-level domain (the biggest). My main concerns: 1) Likely steep price increases - Veri$ign is not doing this to help the public good 2) Verisign can now act as a domain name registrar, again a profit motive 3) The suspicious $20M ICANN is getting in return - "just because," right? 4) ICANN seemed to pretty much ignore all the comments supporting price controls doe the ,ORG, .INFO, and .BIZ TLDs I'd like to think ICANN would support the public interest, but it has not acted that way of late. Please reconsider the .COM transaction. --mark ( @mhuss ) Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. (Philip K. Dick)
