As an "Arms Length Management Organization" (Almo) based on U.s.a Deptt of Commerce agreement, Icann should consider what this *shocking* price increase means for those who cannot afford. If Icann unwritten policy is for "1 DOMAIN, PER 1 PERSON OR COMPANY" by allowing such unreasonable .COM price increases, it should clearly announce it. Ys Meeku
