Dear Madame or Sir, I think there are so many ways to count how much access a site gets, and based on the access, .com registration fee can be decided. at this digital technology era, fairness is not applied the same thing to all. so please consider. or you should make something like aaa.scom (= small company) for small business and keep the fee as low as possible and .com for major corporations and you can charge whatever they can afford based on the its value (access count etc..)
