I run two very small businesses and have .com domains that I use as portfolios to show work samples. I need the continuity of keeping the same domain because old clients or prospective clients (that take years to become clients) have the old address but even small price increases are a big deal because I’m not making much or sometimes losing money trying to get the businesses going.
