To Whom It May Concern, I strongly oppose Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement. If Amendment 3 is approved, .COM wholesale domain prices could grow by more than 70% above current prices over the next decade. These price increases will be prohibitive to many users. It's important that the Internet remain a place where anyone, regardless of income level, can speak their mind by publishing a website. Many users will be forced to lose their existing domain names with the price increase, and many new users will be unable to purchase a new domain.
