Hi ICANN, I am writing to express my opposition to the new .com deal with Verisign announced last month. This deal will place an undue burden on small business owners and give Verisign an unfair advantage in the market relative to other domain registrars. As Verisign has a monopoly regarding the usage of .com domain names, their pricing must be kept in check. 7% per year is too much of an increase, far outpacing inflation.
