Dear ICANN, DON’T DO IT! Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM registry agreement suffers from a horrible lack of transparency and accountability, and should not have been negotiated by ICANN and Verisign without input from the ICANN community. I run a small business that would be seriously and adversely impacted by the new amendment, and so on behalf of Internet users and small business owners everywhere, I urge you NOT to finalize these changes.
