Hi ICANN, I don't understand why you have to be shady and make business deals behind closed doors, without even as much as a heads up to your customers? What kind of business is that? These new price increases to .Com domains are ridiculous and will make them less accessible and more expensive for to users/customers. I would like to get some clarity on how you will spend this $20 million over the next 5 years. I want to know that the money will be properly spent on domain infrastructure.
