The Proposed Amendment 3 would not be in the best interest of the public. Keeping the internet open, inexpensive, and accessible should be the primary concern of ICANN. These cost increases are entirely opposed to maintaining a system that allows the global community to connect. Please reconsider and not make this proposed amendment a reality.
