I was recently made aware of the arrangement between Verisign and ICANN regarding the ability for .COM price increases. I am concerned about the full potential of this new pricing ability and the lack of transparency around what these pricing increases might be needed for. I would like to see some disclosure about what initiatives these increases would be funding and some constraints on how far the increases can go. Please consider these points in your discussions.
