To whom it may concern, I want to clearly voice that I do NOT approve of the recent agreement between ICANN and Verisign which includes the option to increase the fees associated with .COM domains. I would like to request this new agreement be voided. I would further ask that any future discussions and/or agreements include the internet community as a whole given changes impact all the use the internet. Respectfully, Chris Willard
