This deal will effectively kill small businesses and entrepreneurs who do not have a lot of capital and/or whose businesses barely keeps them afloat. It will stifle the voices of people who cannot afford the new exorbitant fees, making the internet less of a place for the people and more of a place for oligarchs. Do not do this.
