I would like to voice concern and objection to this amendment. There is no business in allowing verisign to dictate prices. There was a reason the freeze was in place to avoid monopoly and other unfairness. Margin should still be healthy. Please act more like a not-for-profit.

From a consumer standpoint, the lack of technical explaination as to why the cherrypicking of verisign and price increase seems very shady at best.
