Hello I’m small business owner and developer from developing world. I hardly meet my expenses, you new rate policy will highly effect billion of poor tech lovers from under world. Big business would love to pay you extra bucks but we can’t. This step will only push down the lower class in tech world while favoring the big business who really don’t want competition.
