I do not support the proposed changes. It feels like there has not been adequate transparency for how the money generated by the increased fees will be spent or managed. It also feels like fee increases are unnecessary and being driven by misguided priorities. Fee increases will have a substantially negative impact upon small businesses, community organizations, individuals, and many more users who can't budget for the increases.
