I firmly believe that this proposed amendment is not good. It appears to be forming another monopoly, with greedy interests to increase revenue from the millions of .com domain owners. Increasing the cost of having a .com website would hurt small businesses and startups to the point where they couldn’t justify starting out with a .com domain for their business.
