Hello. I am Toby Cowles, a student, internet user, and owner of several .COM domains, Allowing Verisign, Inc. to increase their profits at the expense of the domain name owners undermines internet freedom and increases the barrior of entry to set up a website. As a student with an interest in computer science the ability to affordably regeister domains is incrediblly important to me, and I hate to see that under threat. The advancements in technology we have seen recently, should make it easier and more affor for Verisign, Inc. to manage the .COM TLD making the price increase an unnecessary burden for us internet users.
