Hello, I am very disappointed that ICANN and Verisign have made the change in .COM Registry Agreeement (Amendment 3) without the support of the community. This is also damaging for non-US customers who may not benefit from the exchange rate. This is a big step in the wrong direction, is anti-competitive, and will affect millions. Shame on you.
