Please do not approve Amendment 3 allowing an increase of 24% over the last 4 years of each 6 year period. Though I understand increasing costs of services, there is no reason for that increase to be greater than the rate of inflation. That would be at most an increase of 3.5% over the last 4 years. Please do not do this. Creators and small businesses need the ability to access fair price domains for increased innovation. Thank you for your consideration.
