To Whom It May Concern, This amendment must not be ratified. This places an even greater financial burden upon small businesses and possibly an onerous increase in fees. The fact that the meetings held regarding this was private and the money changing hands to ICAAN without oversight or directives of use, is appalling. There is zero accountability and clandestine meetings are not a way to instill confidence in an organization that should have clear and visible organization, direction and operations.
