The ISPCP respectfully submits the attached comments. These were sent to Xavier on 13 April 2018.

The ISPCP would like to note the following:

“In San Juan we discussed the FY19 budget proposals and the fact that the public comment period has closed without an ISPCP submission. It was accepted that there could still be a benefit from the ISPCP submitting input that could add additional weight to some of the points raised. Pleased consider the attached document in that manner.”
