Hello, please find attached comments of the GNSO Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC) on the ICANN Draft FY19 Operating Plan and Budget and Five-Year Operating Plan Update.

We completed these comments on the 8^th, but due to some connectivity issues I have had while I travel the email apparently did not successfully send. I apologize for this, and wondered if I can confirm that the IPC comment can still be accepted?
