Please find attached an updated version of the ALAC statement on the Initial Report on the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Policy Development Process (Overarching Issues & Work Tracks 1-4). The sections on 2.5.1: Application Fees (WT1) and 2.5.2: Variable Fees (WT1) were updated.

In the interest of time, the ALAC Chair requested that the statement be transmitted to the ICANN public comment process with a note that the statement is pending ALAC ratification.
