I wonder if it would be useful to mention why the letter Yod (05D9) is excluded from the general bar on symbols which resemble punctuation marks -- in this case the apostrophe.  I realize that this may properly be a question for the creators of MSR-4.  But it did rather leap to mind.  Kind regards,  Bill Jouris
