In addition to the proposition included in the report I would like to suggest two ideas to be put in action during the meetings. It ill help to better organize regional and linguistic activities. During the Policy Forum 6 (or 7) sessions of 2 hours are set-up in parallel and organized by each linguistic community in their own language. The 6 (or 7) sessions will follow the ICANN official languages. During the AGM 5 sessions of 2 hours are setup in parallel and organized by each of the five ICANN regional communities.
