The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (www.unido.org) associates itself with the comments of the OECD on the matter of GNSO Recommendations on IGO Access to Curative Rights Protection Mechanisms.  The  ICANN Board is requested again to give due consideration to the position, status and the privileges and immunities of the Inter-governmental Organizations such as UNIDO.  The ICANN Board is strongly urged not to take a course of action which would jeopardize the best interests of these organizations and their Member States.
