Dear ICANN,

As an owner of .info domain names, I would like to comment on the proposed renewal of .info registry agreement that I'm strongly against the removal of domain registration price cap. A low fee for registering domain names is vital for providing online presence for individuals, and a rapid increase in domain registration price will quickly ostracize individual websites from the Internet, leaving mostly business and large organizations. This jeopardizes the decentralized nature of Internet.

Therefore, I urge you to seriously reconsider the removal of price cap and add another price restriction clause, possibly with a larger annual inflation (from 10% to, say, 20%) but still prohibits arbitrary pricing of domain registration.

Thanks!
