Please find attached the ALAC Statement on Registry Agreement Renewals .org, .biz and .info. The statement is accordingly being submitted to the .org, .biz and .info public comment emails.

On 28 April 2019, a formal request for extension to submit the statement was approved by staff, as two of the three Registry Agreement public comments were to close on 29 April, before the CPWG would finalize the statement on its weekly call (today at 20:00 UTC). The At-Large workspace related to this comment may be viewed here.

In the interest of time, the ALAC Chair requested that the statement be transmitted to the ICANN public comment process with a note that the statement is pending ALAC ratification.
