I dont believe it is fair to remove the cap on pricing for domain names purchased, since they were purchased based on the price and with a business plan (or small personal cash) in mind. Increasing the prices by a small amount is fair to deal with the fact that prices do increase over time with inflation, but removing a cap seems like a bad and unsafe idea.
