The 10% cap on .info domain price increases should certainly remain. To allow what is in effect a public monopoly with no competition to increase its prices without constraint is simply unacceptable. The domain owners chose their domains in good faith, expecting prices to remain stable, and are unable to move to a different top-level-comain without huge disruption to their businesses.
