The Maximal Starting Repertoire – MSR-5Overview and Rationale(https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/msr-5-overview-06apr21-en.pdf ),Section 5.7.5 (page 27}, says “U+01C0 and U+01C1 are indistinguishable from thepunctuation marks U+007C and U+2016 in certain user interface fonts…” and soare excluded from MSR.  Yet the MSR-5 (I’m looking at the HTMLversion here: https://www.icann.org/sites/default/files/packages/lgr/msr/msr-5-wle-rules-0... includes a CJK Ideograph (U+4E28), which appears to haveexactly the same conflict.  There should at least be a footnote indicatingthat an exception has been made in this case, and explaining why it wasmade.   "By submitting mypersonal data, I agree that my personal data will be processed in accordancewith the ICANN Privacy Policy, and agree to abide by the website Terms of Service."      Bill Jouris
