I oppose the proposed renewal : https://www.icann.org/public-comments/net-renewal-2017-04-20-en As many have pointed out, the costs to run such a registry are falling, not rising. The proposed agreement would unfairly line the pockets of Verisign at the expense of the public good and therefore I strongly oppose the renewal. Sincerely, Alexander Lerman
