Dear friends of ICANN,

I sincerely ask you, the people of ICANN, to drop the proposed removal of price caps on all .org, .info, and .biz top level domains, because this change could significantly increase the wholesale price that my domain provider Namecheap pays for domains, and would force them to pass along those increases to me.

I kindly ask for your consideration and understanding.
