At the time of writing GoDaddy price .org domains at ~20 dollars per year but willing to allow customer to pay ~12 dollars for the first year.

While namecheap price it at ~15 dollars and make the first year ~13 dollars.

Such prices already are close or higher than most digital subscriptions pricing we see today such as Netflix, Hulu etc.

Just like Internet, domains should be more like commodity otherwise soon will Internet be a very empty place.

I would like to urge you rethink about removing the cap of pricing for TLDs.
