I want to urge you not to lift the price limits on domain names via ICANN. This will pose yet another barrier to entry for entrepreneurs and small business owners, which will have a disproportionate effect on women and minorities. 

Let's keep domain names affordable, which benefits everyone across the economy by encouraging small business growth!
