I manage a website for a very small all-volunteer non profit, and generally cover registration costs out of my own meager personal budget, as the non-profit itself has a very limited budget.  Removing the cap on fee increases will make it difficult for our non profit to maintain a web presence with the domain we've had for over a decade.  Please continue to cap fee increases to make this affordable for all small organizations everywhere.
