Taking the caps of .org pricing is a horrible idea that will impact smaller non-profits that have low budgets . 

I work for a smaller non-profit with a tiny budget. The .org pricing is already pricy for us compared to the .com. But it is important for us to have the .org. As is for many smaller non-profits.
