Dear Sir / Madam,

The org TLD is overwhelmingly used by non-profits and by removing the caps on the prices of org domains, ICANN will make it significantly more difficult for non-profits to do business on the internet or raise barriers to entry for new non-profits. As a supporter/volunteer for non-profits and owner of a .org domain, I can assure you that domain registration costs can be problematic for other TLDs used by non-profits. Allowing org TLD prices to rise would have a negative impact on the non-profit community.
