There are many non-profit organizations in the world, which account for a large proportion of .org domains.
They live on donations, target to contribute to society. For a tiny non-profit organization, it probably can't afford the extra costs.
ICANN should not give them any more cost pressure.
Please do not make fee increasing, keep the current arrangements.
