The proposal to remove the price cap on .org domains in unjustified.
Literally: there is no justification given for it.

Some TLDs are now established part of Internet life, and as such they are monopolies.

You need to have a strong justification for granting control of a monopoly
without restricting how it can be exploited.

But the paragraph that sets out the proposal to remove the price cap presents
no clear argument for why this should be done.

That is not good enough.

If there is a need to remove the price cap, explain what it is.
Otherwise, leave the cap in place.
