Not sure whose idea it is to let PIR set whatever prices it wants... but I'm sending my comments to let you know I"m opposed to this action. 

Do not let this turn into a fully unregulated environment. If left to their own devices, they are highly likely to increase prices to whatever level they want - and we're stuck paying for this greed.
