I'm the webmaster for our small church, and our website is an important piece of how we let others know we exist, as we don't own a physical building. Allowing PIR to set whatever prices it wants on .org domains may prevent us from being able to have a website and reasonable email addresses. We are an organization, and yet we don't have tons of money.  Please keep the 10%/year limit in place!
