Hello I am surprised and disappointed that ICANN is considering removing a limitation on the amount of price increase a domain registrar can charge. This change would put an unfairly heavy burden on small business owners and nonprofit organizations who make up the vast majority of domain name purchasers and are a large and important part of our economy. In addition, a 10% increase is currently allowed which is much higher than the current rate of inflation and therefore already creates a means for domain registrars to cover changes in their expenses and still receive a fair and equitable profit. Do what is fair and equitable for all. Keep the current pricing policy for domain registrars. Margaret Taylor
