The price cap was a guarantee for end-user to have a spefic budget with the removal of such clauses we are being put in an uncertain world and at the threat of Registry who can freely and ulterly increase their price as much as they want even by 1000% if they like.

Such change in the agreement will bring a stop to small organisation having a website and involve huge cost for organisation either if they keep the domain or if they are force to switch as changing email address and also url will imply having lot of indirect cost involve which could be use by Registry as argument to huge and massive increase in renewal cost.

I hope that ICANN will ulterly look at end users benefit in this agreement cause having uncap renewal price imply giving these registry a monopoly position on users and making user vulnerable to registry mood.
