To whom it may concern,

I would be concerned that ICANN is going to open up .org, .info, and .biz into a realm of no price restrictions. This could have massive impacts on organizations, small businesses, and other groups who are trying to get online and start out. I'm even thinking beyond first-world countries, and thinking towards third-world or others who may not have the same income level or accessibility.
