Owners of “org” may think increasing the price will bring them more money. However in long term they will just earn less.
People (including myself) will rather register their domain on cheaper extension. And who already has “org” registered, we can just do a 301 redirect to a new domain with other cheaper extension and keep that one for the future.

This is really bad idea. Hope it will fail.
