By allowing unlimited price increases on .org renewal fees many websites would literally be on sale to the highest bidder. This could lead to monopolies that allow only a few individuals or companies to own all the .org domains or at least those that would otherwise represent a specific company or group. 

Also, many .org are non profit and don’t have much money/budget to begin with.

Please reconsider this rule.
