I am the owner, developer and maintainer of a website (www.usserie.org) that seeks to preserve and make available to the general public the history of a unique U.S. Navy vessel.

I have borne considerable personal expense, in terms of both time and money, in order to provide this service.

Should the proposed removal of the price cap on .org domains be implemented, it is very likely that I will not be able to bear the increased expense (along with the other expenses that I bear in expanding and maintaining the site), and the project will cease and this history will be lost.

I urge you to not move forward with the provision that will remove the price cap.
